2011-04-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/664383摘要:青花菜(Brassica oleracea var. italica)性喜冷涼,為綠植株春化型作物,夏季高溫會導致不結花球或花球品質不佳的現象,嚴重影響青花菜的產量及品質,因此耐熱育種實為重要。台灣青花菜以十一至四月為盛產期,五月至十月產量低,高溫逆境是造成夏季短缺的主要原因之一;為解決夏季生產所面臨之問題,瞭解作物耐熱特性對於耐熱育種實為重要。世界蔬菜中心新育出的數個耐熱性高的青花菜品系,具有夏季結花球之特性;本計劃全程目標在藉由對早生青花菜耐熱性特性之瞭解,建立耐熱指標在青花菜耐熱育種應用的標準流程;並深入研究這些品系的最符合經濟效益的春化溫度,建立青花菜植物工廠生產體系。本年度為計畫之第二年,計畫目標在瞭解青花菜耐熱品系是否皆具較高熱膜穩定性,耐熱品系AV531在各季節生產的花球品質之差異性,以及建立AV515及AV530耐熱品系之生長基本資料,評估熱膜穩定性在青花菜耐熱育種上的應用及開發早生耐熱品系為植物工廠蔬菜生產之可行性。<br> Abstract: Broccoli (Brassica oleracea var. italica) is a cool-season vegetable, and the high temperature in the summer of Taiwan often leads to fail-heading or quality reduction. Besides imported from abroad to supply the need in summer, breeding for heat tolerant cultivars is an important subject in Taiwan. AVRDC – The World Vegetable Center has developed broccoli lines with early maturity and heat tolerance, which are able to produce marketable curds in the field of summer. Therefore, the ultimate goal of this study is to build a protocol for the application of heat tolerance physiological indexes to broccoli heat tolerant breeding program. Besides, fitting these heat tolerant breeding lines to the production system of plant factory through the study of the vernalization requirement will be emphasized. The objective for the second year is to reconfirm the relationship between heat tolerance and the examed physiological indexes in response to high temperature by varieties of broccoli breeding lines. A seasonal comparision of the AV531 curd quality will be conducted in this project.
