2014-08-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/686755摘要:在自然界中大量可得的木質素目前並未被有效率的利用,若能採用新的奈米科技將其以新的形式研發出尖端材料與新的應用,將可大幅提高其用途與附加價值。 靜電紡絲(electrospinning)是一種利用靜電力抽拉形成纖維的一種技術,可由天然或合成高分子聚合物製作出微小級距之纖維,目前已被應用在許多領域。依據先前研究中電紡後之木質素纖維結構評估,其內部物理結構空隙小且有層次,加上纖維平均直徑小 但直徑分布變異性大,具有作為良好濾材之潛力。 本研究將應用靜電紡絲技術將木質素以纖維形式產出,開發作為過濾材料使用。以單針與多針靜電紡絲生產纖維濾材,最終將研發木質素活性碳纖維濾材。研究將分析評估木質素纖維濾材之最佳配方與生產參數,並測試其各種物理結構與過濾效能。研究成果可作為基礎進一步應用其他生物材料研發各種新過濾材料。本研究預期將可以大幅提高木質素之價值並衍生出許多應用。 本計畫主要目標為: 1. 以靜電紡絲技術生產木質素纖維作為濾材 2. 掌握木質素濾材各項生產製程條件與優化 3. 評估所生產木質素纖維濾材之各項性質與使用效率 4. 生產木質素活性碳纖維,並優化其製程條件與評估其過濾性能 5. 評估申請研發專利與技術移轉之可能性<br> Abstract: Lignin, abundantly available in nature, however, is not efficiently utilized so far. New nanotechnology may be applied to develop new material and applications using lignin. The worth and use, therefore, will be highly improved. Electrospinning, a technology of applying electric force to draw fibrous material, can be applied to produce micro- and nano-scale fibers, using nature or synthetic polymers, and currently applied in many areas. Based on the previous study, electrospun lignin fibers showed layered morphology with microvoids in the internal structure; moreover, the average diameter is small and the variation is great. Those characteristics showed the potential opportunity of electrospun lignin fiber to be applied as materials of filtration. In this project, electrospinning technology will be used to produce lignin fiber that will be developed as filtration materials. Fibrous filtration mat will be produced by single-needle and multi-needles electrospinning, and finally lignin activated carbon fibrous filtration material will be developed. This study will investigate the optimal formulation and processing conditions of electrospining lignin fibers; furthermore, as filtration material, the physical structure and filtering efficiency will also be tested. The outcome of this research will be the basis of developing new filtration materials with other biomaterials. As well, the value of lignin will be greatly increased. The major objectives of this project include: 1. Use lignin as the raw material, by means of electrospining, to produce filtration materials 2. Optimize the parameters of producing lignin-based filtration material. 3. Evaluate properties and efficiency of lignin fibers as filtration material. 4. Develop lignin activated carbon fibrous filtration material, and optimize the processing parameters and investigate the filtration efficiency. 5.
