2013-04-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/678740摘要：台灣獼猴為台灣特有種，是珍貴的野生動物，除了人類之外，唯一原住於台灣的靈長類。其屬於晝行性且群體生活的動物。分布地區活躍於中低海拔山嶽，高從玉山國家公園，低至八卦臺地南部，其中低海拔以彰化二水、高雄壽山山區居多。 近年來隨著保育意識及復育工作的進行，台灣獼猴於野外的族群量大為增加，其棲地漸與民眾生活區域重疊，時有獼猴下山覓食造成民眾健康財務損失之報導。因此對於特定地區繁殖過盛或棲地飽和之情形，積極尋求生育控制之方法以謀求野生動物及在地居民之共同最大利益刻不容緩。 內視鏡微創手術為近年來手術醫療之一大進展，它包含手術時間短、手術創口侵入性小、、術後疼痛、照顧、併發症少之優點，於野生動物的醫療上可達成在短時間內完成相對較大數量的處置，且手術後的縫線反應少無需長時間住院照顧傷口。內視鏡結紮為針對母畜進行輸卵結紮及公畜進行輸精管結紮，除上述之優點，由於動物之性腺並未如傳統手術方被摘除，所以體內荷爾蒙並不受影響，此對於群居的台灣獼猴之社會地位之維持及族群健康尤其重要。 透過101年度執行計畫之經驗，本單位已熟悉內視鏡操作之手術步驟及流程，因此本年度之目標將擴展為利用內視鏡方法對於柴山地區過盛之台灣獼猴進行母猴之輸卵結紮及公猴之輸精管結紮，以期達到長期族群之控制，減少野生動物與居民在共同土地上的衝突。 <br> Abstract: Macaca cyclopis is an precious endemic wildlife species, which is also the only non-human primate in Taiwan. It is widely distributed in mountain areas from middle to lower altitudes. Recently due to the progress in conservation, the number of Macaca cyclopis in the wild has significantly increased. Their habitant has also overlapped with human resident.Therefore it is urgent to start birth control. The advantage of endoscopic surgery includes shortened surgical duration, less invasion, less pain, easier postoperative care and less complications. These advantages make endoscopic surgery suitable for wildlife medicine. Spaying or neutering is acheived by ligation of female oviduct or male spermatic cord. Differing from traditional surgery, hormone production will not be affected, which is important for these social animals. The aim of this project is to acheive birth control by endoscopically spaying/neutering the Macaca cyclopis in specific areas, thus reducing the conflict between these wildlife and human residents.獼猴內視鏡結紮野生動物急救保育Macaqueendoscopic tubectomywildlife emergency and concervation
