In light of these developments, the Taiwan Association of Medical Radiation Technologists has spearheaded a "trilogy" for implementing CBME training program to fortify contemporary faculty development. The trilogy encompasses three integral stages:1)Competency Progression Framework: formulating EPAs tailored specifically for medical radiation technologists 2)Competency-Oriented Teaching and Learning: accentuating the promotion of CBME-centric faculty training. 3)Systematic Competency Assessment: emphasizing the national propagation and execution of the CBME program. By advancing CBME, endorsing teaching predicated on immediate EPA observations, and instituting both a competency progression framework and a systematic assessment model for practicing radiographers, the Association aspires to enhance not only competency development but also the educational quality for medical radiation technologists within Taiwan.zhcompetency-based medical education (CBME)entrustable professional activity (EPA)faculty developmenmedical radiation technologists in Taiwan臺灣醫事放射勝任能力導向醫學教育(CBME)推廣與可信賴專業活動(EPAs)建置經驗分享 = Implementing Competency-Based Medical Education and Establishing Entrustable Professional Activities for Medical Radiation Technologists in Taiwan: An Experience Sharingjournal article10.53106/199457952023071704003
