2019-05-072024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/678179摘要：行政院農業委員會水土保持局為因應氣候變遷，近年實施韌性農村環境改善及治山防災建設，並累積多項優異案例。本計畫採取多元策略，彙整優良建設案例資料，以加強單位間的經驗交流與傳承，同時進行大眾推廣。計畫內容如下： 一、盤點分析近年水土保持局的農村建設工程，並選出30件優良案例製作農村環境設計之書圖資料，以提供相關單位專業參考範本。 二、進一步選出10件示範案例彙編設計參考和案例專書，以作為水土保持局及縣市政府的對內宣導，使其了解當代環境友善設計理念、議題與新穎工法。 三、以10件示範案例編製臺灣農村環境特刊，同時結合景觀或工程方面定期刊物或雜誌出版品共同對外宣傳。 四、將10件示範性案例之照片及影片等剪輯成3分鐘及10分鐘的中英雙語宣導短片。 五、以競圖、展覽等方式向大眾進行成果露出，並配合舉辦教育訓練。 　　本案期能透過知識及經驗的整合與管理提升工程價值，並呼應農村環境永續議題、鼓勵與時俱進的農村工程。 <br> Abstract: In response to climate change, Soil and Water Conservation Bureau, Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan has been promoting resilient rural environments and achieving good performances. This project adopts various strategies to organize outstanding cases of rural constructions for exchange and inheritance of experience between government institutions, while also launches public promotion. The contents of project include: I. Analyzing rural constructions done by SWCB in recent years and choosing 30 outstanding cases to compile a professional database of rural environment design II. Compiling design-reference and literature for 10 selected cases as propaganda of faculty in SWCB or other government institutions, as well as introduction of contemporary environmental friendly design, related issues and innovative engineering principles III. Publishing special issue of 10 selected cases and cooperate with landscape or engineering publications to expose to the public IV. Compiling 3-minute and 10-minute bilingual promotional videos of 10 selected cases V.
