2004-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/671565摘要:台灣西部沿岸海域之養殖業,近年受陸地輸出之污染物影響非常嚴重,尤以牡蠣之重金屬污染最為明顯。故本計畫之研究目的為探討重金屬(銅、鋅、鉛、鎘、汞)在台灣西部海域養殖區牡蠣之污染與否與程度及季節變化,俾提供主管機關施政之參考;另探討和平海域污染現況。 本年度研究結果顯示新竹香山地區牡蠣重金屬污染程度最為嚴重,其污染重金屬濃度皆是其他地區的數十或數佰倍之高,尤其是銅污染出現過去數年來的最高濃度,而且有逐年惡化及擴大延長之趨勢。嘉義地區牡犡銅、鋅含量多在一月時有最高測值,其中以東石港最高。彰化地區伸港牡蠣鎘濃度冬季有上升的情形,銅含量也逐漸升高;福寶和王功牡蠣之銅鋅濃度於春夏季皆較高。雲林縣養殖區牡蠣銅含量一般高於台南縣市,其中以台西最高;將軍養殖區牡蠣鋅含量有較高的濃度。鹿耳門溪海域養殖牡蠣體中戴奧辛/&#21579;喃平均濃度較七股略高,但均比歐盟魚類限值明顯較小。和平港研究計畫工作為持續建置和平海域環境品質資料庫,並對和平海域水質、底泥沉積物及多環芳香烴進行監測,並藉由資料庫之宿命研究與應用發揮環境管理之預期功能。 新竹香山地區牡蠣銅污染從過去數年不斷地惡化,今年更於春季出現1200mg/kg世界少有之超高濃度,鄰近區域的新竹高科技園區與香山工業區等正持續不斷地向此海域排放重金屬污染物,造成此區域養殖之牡蠣嚴重污染。這不僅是污染漁業資源,破壞漁業產銷而造成漁民嚴重損失,且亦能產生社會問題。希望相關當局能正視這個嚴重的問題。 <br> Abstract: Oyster pollution has been observed in the western coastal area of Taiwan for the past several years. The objectives of this research are to study current status of the heavy metal pollution in the area and to identify any improvements or worsening of this pollution. Oysters in the Hsin-Chu, Cha-Yi, Chang-Hua, Yunling, Tainan areas were sampled and analyzed for their heavy metal contents (Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd and Hg) every two months. The bi-monthly data has submitted to the Fishery Agency. The results report an observation of worsening of the current oyster heavy pollution in the Hsin-Chu area, especially copper showed severe pollution and copper concentrations are increasing dramatically. The extremely high copper concentrations are breaking its records of the previous years. The copper content in oysters of Chang-Hua area were heavier in Fu-bau and Wang-kung which periods were from March to July. Oysters of Cha-Yi area usually have the highest copper and zinc contents in January. Among the stations of Yunling and Tainan area, copper concentration of oyster in station Taisi are found highest. The average concentration of PCDD/Fs in the cultivated oysters from Luermen River is higher but less than the EU quality guideline. The continuing observations of extremely high concentrations in the Hsin-Chu area and its increasing trend demonstrated that pollution status is getting worse. Local environmental agency needs to take drastic policy to improve the current problem.漁業廢棄物利用及公害防治研究
