2019-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/663470摘要：本計畫主旨在協助推動我國動物傳染病檢驗機構管理制度與動物感染性生物材料管理制度，本年度持續推動動物傳染病檢驗機構品保查核制度及動物感染性生物材料生物安全查核制度，進行動物傳染病採檢及檢驗機構管理規範修正草案之法制分析 、並強化查核制度之教育宣導及輔導性查核，期能協助動物傳染病採檢及檢驗機構管理制度及動物感染性生物材料管理制度之推動及落實。<br> Abstract: The objective of this project is to propose and implement regulations to effectively manage biosafety and quality inspection for veterinary facilities that conduct animal pathogen identification and studies. The specific aims of this year are as follows. (1) In response to the amendment of article 12-2 of Statute for Prevention and Control of Infectious Animal Disease, pertinent regulations required for the sampling of animal infectious disease and the management of veterinary facilities conducting pathogen identification have to be amended and announced by the competent authority. (2) Continuously establish the regulatory framework for the two regulatory systems aforementioned, and announce the implementation of the regulatory system for auditing the quality system and the biosafety of veterinary diagonistic facilities. These regulations will be the basis for the operation of veterinary facilities.
