2017-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/683060摘要:本中心自2010年成立後,陸續整合各類模式生物資源核心,包括線蟲、魚類、果蠅及雞生物資源,成立生物資源核心實驗室;同時整合校內各項體學研究設備,包括基因體、轉錄體、蛋白質體及代謝體等,成立體學核心實驗室及次世代高通量定序核心實驗室;並致力於發展生物資訊分析之軟實力,強化生物資訊核心實驗室之功能;設立人才培育與國際合作推動中心,鼓勵國際交流並培育基因體與系統生物學研究人才,以期提供一貫性之系統生物學研究輔助,針對此一整合性科學,提升本校相關研究之研究能量。 自系統生物中心成立以來,本校於2010年至2016年,於系統生物學方面所發表的論文數已超過百篇,其中不乏發表於Science、Nature Communications及PNAS等頂尖期刊的高質量論文。本中心將持續推動系統生物學的研究策略導入各研究計畫,在核心實驗室的研究輔助下,預期對本校及國家的生物研究將有更多創新性產出,不僅可大幅提升本校的國際能見度,也可促使高科技生物技術產業快速飛躍發展。 本中心年度規畫之整體目標包括: (1) 持續整合校內硬體資源,強化核心實驗室功能 (2) 強化核心實驗室支援主題性研究計畫,以強化研究團隊之國際競爭力 (3) 持續發展生物資訊分析平台,推廣基礎資料分析功能 (4) 培育系統生物學人才及推動國際合作 (5) 推廣核心實驗室服務及強化相關技術訓練,厚植台灣研究實力<br> Abstract: Since 2010 the Center for Systems Biology (CSB) has integrating multiple model organism service cores including Caenorhabditis elegans, zebrafish, Drosophila and chicken, to establish Biological Resource Core Lab as well as integrating campus “omic” facilities, including genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics and metabolomics, to establish Omics Core Lab and Next Generation Sequencing Core Lab. The CSB also focused on developing bioinformatics analysis platforms to improving functions of the Bioinformatics Core Lab. Furthermore, the Center for International Cooperation was established to encourage international interaction/cooperation and to foster systems biology researchers. The CSB Core Lab Project aims a mission to provide a “holistic” support to the multidisciplinary science of systems biology. It also aims to enhance research ability of researchers in NTU. During 2010 to 2016, the CSB members have published over a hundred scientific papers regarding to systems biology. A great proportion of them were published in top journals such as Science, Nature Communication or PANS. Under the great support of our core labs, the CSB will continue to promote specific research topics in systems biology. We expect to achieve more creative research ideas and to improve our academic visibility worldwide. We also expect to apply our research achievements in Biotechnology industry in our national. The executive objects of the CSB this year include: (1) Integrating campus “omics” resources continually and strengthening function of CSB core labs; (2) Improving supporting power of CSB core labs in specific research subject to enhance international competitiveness of our research teams; (3) Developing bioinformatics platforms and promoting their basic analysis function; (4) Fostering researchers in systems biology and improving international cooperation; (5) Enhancing service quality and educational function of core labs to improve future academic competitiveness in systems biology.系統生物學體學次世代定序生物資訊Systems BiologyOmicsNext Generation SequencingBioinformatics邁向頂尖大學核心實驗室-【系統生物學研究中心】
