2010-07-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/679819摘要:本計畫為落實跨領域、前瞻性、加強產業經驗理念,由教育部顧問室成立「產業先進設備人才培育計畫」總計畫辦公室,以統籌推動產業先進設備人才培育工作。本計畫規劃建置完整的產業設備訓練教材、產業設備課程規劃及課程流程,以引導學生修習相關專業領域知識,培育產業先進設備科技人才。透過成立教學資源中心與共同實驗室、夥伴學校、產學聯盟及教材認證等策略,以達到計畫擴散效益,並促進滿足各部會科技計畫的人才需求。本計畫主要著重於智慧化工具機、數位化模具、半導體及光電、生物及醫療等設備產業之人才培育,往下延伸到高中職教育體系,往上伸展至碩博士級研究,期望透過本計畫培育出具有產業設備系統設計、創造力、跨領域整合、與專業技術的人才。<br> Abstract: In order to carry out the cross fields, foresight, and strengthening the industrial experiences and ideas in this program, the program office of talent fostering program for advanced industry equipment is established by the Consultant Organization of Ministry of Education that plans the impetus to the work of fostering talented people of advanced industry equipment. This program establishes complete teaching materials, course plans and the course procedure of industry equipment to guide the students to study the related professional knowledge and to foster advanced industry equipment scientists and technicians. By establishing teaching resources center, common laboratories, partner schools, university-industry alliances and teaching material authentication, the program can achieve the benefits of program extension, and satisfy demand of talented people of each science and technology projects. This plan downward extending to the education system of senior high school and vocational school and upward to the research of master and doctor level mainly emphasizes on fostering talented people of industry equipment of intelligent machine, digital mold, semiconductor and electro-optic, and biology and medical.
