2001-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/660995摘要:固體粒子過濾機和生物過濾器是循環水養殖系統的重要元件。本計畫針對國外滾筒式過濾機濾網容易破損及易打碎粒子的缺點,研發新型固體粒子過濾機。上年度已研製固體粒子過濾機一台,本年度的計畫目標是繼續改良過濾機,並配合分隔式養殖系統進行養殖試驗,同時開始研發適用於分隔式養殖系統的生物過濾器。本年度粒子過濾機的改良重點在增進過濾機的控制和整合於養殖系統的能力,改進入水口收集沈底粒子之效率,和減少沈澱槽底之粒子沈積。目前已增加可程式控制器和電動閥,重新設計進出水管路和槽底形狀,達到計畫之改善目標。新型固體粒子過濾機去除固體粒子的效能與國外的滾筒式過濾機相當,但成本遠比國外進口過濾機為低。新型過濾機可針對池底吸水過濾,不必讓水全部通過過濾機,僅在需要時啟動,大量節省使用之能源。過濾機本體可以用浮筒浮在水面操作,不需要事先挖槽,可以直接安裝在室外池的沈澱槽中,非常適合用於室外池增加循環水處理設備,其控制功能亦可與分隔式養殖系統密切整合。試驗機製造過程中,已與合作廠商發展出濾網的製造技術,其濾網使用壽命長,維護方便。新型過濾機可配合室外高密度分隔式養殖系統,有效清除沈底粒子,達到維持水質的效果,具有很大的<br> Abstract: The drum filter for removing suspended solids is a vital component of re-circulation fish culturing systems. The current construction of drum filters has several problems. The filtering screen is easy to damage by water pressure. Also, the trapped particles are easy to breakup into smaller pieces during filtering. The purpose of this project is to develop a new filter to solve above problems. Two experimental units have been developed this year. The 30 cm diameter unit has been used in a 1.2 ton system for more than 6 months and the filtering screen is still intact. The 60 cm diameter unit has been used with a tilapia culturing system for two months. Many tests have been conducted. Based on these tests, an improved filter has been developed.
