Four-factor prothrombin complex concentrate (PCC) was administered to correct coagulopathy. However, bilateral renal infarcts and a cerebral infarct developed on day 5 and 7, respectively after PCC administration. Although the occurrence of PCC-related thromboembolism is low, health care practitioners should closely follow-up the symptoms and signs of thrombosis after PCC administration.enProthrombin complex concentrate; renal infarct; stroke; thromboembolism; warfarinProthrombin complex concentrate (Beriplex P/N)-related renal and cerebral infarctions in a patient with warfarin-associated intracerebral hemorrhagejournal article10.1016/j.jstrokecerebrovasdis.2014.07.026252821842-s2.0-84920646655https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/590493
