2009-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/659473摘要:本計畫規劃連續4年,逐年探討不同農副產物與綠肥作物當為芻料與飼料替代品於乳羊的飼養價值評估。第一年先評估毛豆莢青貯於泌乳羊的飼養價值,第二年進行苜蓿、太陽麻、花生藤飼糧、多年生花生的乾草在泌乳羊飼養價值比較,第三年(2009年)進行比較不同成熟度太陽麻或花生藤分別與玉米混合製作青貯於泌乳羊的飼養價值。第四年評估紫雲英、甜玉米軸穗或玉米稈製作青貯於泌乳羊的飼養價值。泌乳羊飼養試驗採用2個重複4x4拉丁方(Latin square)試驗設計,以代謝架飼養8頭剛過了泌乳高峰期的Alpine泌乳羊,採用代謝架進行個別飼養試驗,以測定泌乳羊對飼糧養分消化率、乳量以及乳組成。<br> Abstract: Current proposed project will evaluate the value of applying newly developed feed and forage replacing products in dairy goat feeding in series experiments within time frame of four years. In the first year, vegetable soybean pod silage will be tested on lactating dairy goats. In the second year, hays of sunn hemp (Crotalaria juncea L.), groundnut haulms and perennial peanut will be compared to alfalfa hay. In the third year (2009), two different mature stages’ sunn hemp or groundnut haulms will be mixed with corn to make silages and tested on lactating dairy goats. In the fourth year, milk vetch, corn cobs with husks and corn stover will be used to silages and tested on lactating dairy goats. Eight Akpine lactating dairy does at the lactation stage just past peak of lactation will be employed under 2 replicated 4x4 Latin square experiment design.
