A αvβ3 integrin dependent vascular endothelial cell migration and proliferation may play an important role in the pathogenesis of new vessel formation. Disintegrin, a group of RGD-containing peptides from viper venom, is a strong antagonist of αvβ3 integrin. In this study, the inhibitory effect of disintegrin on angiogenesis was evaluated in vitro by a bovine retinal capillary endothelial (BRCE) cell culture model.application/pdf2791115 bytesapplication/pdfzh-TW國立臺灣大學醫學院眼科[SDGs]SDG3行政院國家科學委員會專題研究計畫期中進度報告:以NF-kB 抑制劑及抗凝血蛇毒蛋白抑制眼球之新生血管形成(2/3)journal articlehttp://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw/bitstream/246246/26731/1/912314B002201.pdf
