2008-05-072024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684153摘要：本(97)年度委辦計畫主要目的，除了延續去(96)年度執行成果外，以協助完成「地下水保育、維護管理及規劃利用計畫（草案）」及彙整出版「地下水觀測網成果彙編(81-97年)」為首要工作。運用歷年委託計畫成果彙整歸納及現有資料庫資訊分析，逐一展示各地下水分區之相關成果。並在「臺灣地區地下水觀測網整體計畫」全期完成前，針對未來地下水保育與維護管理，擬定未來五年中短期地下水保育、及觀測網維護管理及規劃利用方針。其間檢討前期計畫執行之不足或欠缺處，並評估各種新技術適用未來改進地下水分析、管理及應用之可行性，並邀請學者專家共同研商討論未來地下水管理計畫，以因應國家水資源未來發展、水文環境快速變化及國土復育計畫等需求。上諸工作完成後，將針對地下水觀測網整體資訊網頁化，以提供社會大眾閱覽查詢。<br> Abstract: The main purpose of this project in 2008 is assisting Water Resources Agency to accomplish the “Groundwater Resources Conservation and Management Project (Draft Edition)” and categorizes the “Groundwater Monitoring Network Plan in Taiwan (81-97)”, except continuity execute the achievements of last year. The group will display the important results of all groundwater areas in Taiwan, and exercise all achievements of these projects over the year. Besides, our team will draw up the future strategies of the “Groundwater Resources Conservation and Management Project (Draft Edition)” before the “Taiwan Groundwater Monitoring Network Integration Program” completed. Our group will assess all new techniques to analysis the feasibility of groundwater management and application if the earlier project is found to be executing insufficiently. Scholars and experts are invited to discuss the “Groundwater Resources Conservation and Management Project (Draft Edition)” in order to handle the future development of water resources, rapidly changes of natural environmental and national land recovery project.
