2002-08-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/665069摘要:藉由提升員工的工作生活品質,可增進員工的組織承諾與忠誠感,並改善組織效能,因此,有關員工工作生活品質之探討,在企業界已是人力資源管理領域中被廣泛研究的主題。本研究計畫在探討影響台灣地區公共圖書館館員工作生活品質之各面向因素,以瞭解我國公共圖書館館員對工作生活品質各面向之重視及需求程度,並對當前公共圖書館館員所享有之工作生活品質水準,及其他相關議題進行探討,從而建立我國公共圖書館館員工作生活品質之整體概念,並期冀此研究能增進國內公共圖書館館員對個人工作生活品質的瞭解與重視,從而追求工作生活品質的提升與個人潛能的發揮,同時促進公共圖書館服務品質的改善。<br> Abstract: The prime aim of the QWL (Quality of Working Life) programs is to make the total organization more effective, not solely to provide greater satisfaction to the workers. Therefore, research applications on the quality of working life are extensive in industrial and service settings. The purposes of this project are to introduce the concept of QWL to the library and information field and to assess the QWL among public librarians. The researcher explores every aspects of QWL among the public librarians in Taiwan.
