國立臺灣大學昆蟲學系暨研究所張慧羽2006-07-252018-06-292006-07-252018-06-292002http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/12573在自然界中隔絕兩者基因交流之因 素的探究,是研究族群分化 (population differentiation) 乃至於物種形成 (speciation) 的良好題材。雖在實驗室中 雜交時紅果蠅 (Drosophila albomicans) 與輝顏果蠅 (D. nasuta) 有交尾後生殖隔 離 (postmating isolating mechanism) 但不 明顯,而自然族群中紅果蠅與輝顏果蠅 雖然毗鄰分布,但從未發現雜交個體。 本計劃分析紅果蠅與輝顏果蠅雌雄生殖 生物學方面的基本特性,包括交尾持續 時間、平均交尾次數、雌性的異種再交 尾率與生殖力等資料的蒐集,結果顯示 兩物種沒有明顯的交尾前與結合子形成 後的隔離,推測可能是交尾後結合子前 的生殖隔離造成紅果蠅與輝顏果蠅的遺 傳組成無法交流。The factors preventing gene flow between two species in nature are the interesting subjects to the population differentiation and speciation. There exists a little but not significant postmating isolation between Drosophila albomicans and D. nasuta. However, no hybrids have ever been found in nature anywhere including the area near the border. In this project, we analyzed the basic characteristics of reproductive biology in D. albomicans and D. nasuta , including copulation duration, average mating frequency, remating rate, and fertility.
