2010-03-182024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/696172摘要：鑑於政府績效表現需要系統化、整體化地進行評估，台灣公共治理研究中心(行政院研究發展考核委員會委辦)籌組了台灣公共治理指標研究團隊，希望能建立及執行長期及系統化的政府治理評估指標，以做為政府施政表現參考指標。在兩年多來的努力下，台灣公共治理指標相關的研究成果已頗為豐富，相關研究成果的發表，應可提供增加公共治理效能的重要參考。 另外，分享地方政府的優質治理經驗，探討縣市政府的公共治理需求，應能為提升國家整體公共治理績效之道，引發重要而具體可行的參考建議。據此，國立臺灣大學政治學系執行『台灣公共治理指標』調查成果—北區座談會，邀請台灣公共治理指標研究團隊發表調查成果，同時也邀請行政院林政務委員政則分享地方公共治理經驗。期盼在主講人及與會專家學者的討論之下，帶領各級與會公務人員或民眾認識優質公共治理之原則理念，以增進與會人士對台灣公共治理指標與內涵之瞭解。 <br> Abstract: In view of the fact that the performance of the government has to be evaluated systematically and thoroughly, Taiwan Public Governance Research Center, commissioned by the Research, Development and Evaluation Commission of the Executive Yuan, assembled a research team to be in charge of Taiwan Public Governance Indicator. The ultimate goal of the team is to establish and execute a set of extended and systematic indicators to evaluate the government’s performance in public governance that will also serve as a reference for the administration. With over two years of efforts, fruitful results have been achieved with regard to relevant research in Taiwan Public Governance Indicator. As a result, the publication of relevant research findings may complement the current research findings in terms of public governance enhancement. Furthermore, the sharing of good governance practices adopted by local governments and exploring the public governance requirements of other city and county governments may also give rise to important and viable solutions to enhance Taiwan’s overall public governance performance. Based on this rationale, the Department of Political Science of National Taiwan University organized a symposium to reveal their research findings in Taiwan Public Governance Indicator. In addition to Taiwan Public Governance Indicator research team, which was invited to publish its research findings, Minister without Portfolio, Mr. Cheng-jer Lin was also invited to share his experience in public governance in the local government.
