2012-08-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/678622摘要:因應全球暖化及氣候變遷所可能帶來的災害,在未來一百年內,人類必須尋找出適宜的抑制溫室氣體排放策略,並且適應氣候變遷可能帶來的更多或更強的氣候災難,期以永續下一代人類的生存環境。所以,了解全球暖化的趨勢、成因、影響與因應,應該是二十一世紀人類必須面對的重大課題。大專學生更需具備調適與因應之能力,成為未來政府政策所需之人才。 「氣候變遷與人類永續發展跨科際主題導向課程群組」之建立,旨在培養學生對於氣候變遷與人類永續發展議題之認知、分析與解決問題能力。在課程設計上以「環境變遷議題實作」課為核心,採取問題解決導向學習模式,針對氣候變遷的各種問題進行研究與實作。課程規劃先以「基礎-進階」課程群提供學生基本知識與研究工具,建立分析與解決問題的能力。在確保教學廣度與理論深度的同時,循序漸進的培養學生之理論背景與面對實作議題之問題解決能力。然後再經由「實務運用」課程培養學生探索的興趣與熱忱,養成主動學習、蒐集資料、辯證、分析、設備使用與實作能力,並且在知識的獲取上回復知識原本的整體思考,最終使學生成為具有跨領域、整合能力之人才。 <br> Abstract: Under the threat of potentially stronger or more frequent weather disasters, climate change issues are extremely important for the sustainable development of human society in the 21 century. It is essential for us to understand the trends and causes of climate change, and to develop adaptation strategies to cope with climate change effects. University students who in the near future may become a decision maker or policy executor in the government or private sector develop need to develop basic knowledge in climate change and capabilities in carrying out adaptation and mitigation plans. This project, titled “Interdisciplinary Problem-solving-oriented Courses for Climate Change and Human Sustainable Development”, focuses on building up students’ capacity in coping with climate change issues. The learning process focuses on practical issues in climate change and hand-on problem solving projects. Design of the core-course contents adapts the problem-based learning in connection with research and real-life experience in cross-discipline fields including technology and humanity. The program designs a hierarchy of courses in the manner of “basic-advance” to “theory-implementation” to ensure the students obtaining both depth and broadness in knowledge and skills. A “practical application” course is specially designed to give the students hand-on experience by implementing the learned knowledge in real-life cases. Such practices will bring up students’ enthusiasm and interests, cultivate their initiative in acquire relevant knowledge, exercise dialectical logic and analytical skills, finding and making use of relevant tools, and finally develop a holistic way of thinking and problem solving capability.
