2019-01-302024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/677933摘要:水利署推動人工增雨的作業常態化已有多年歷史,除作為因應乾旱之緊急防救措施外,亦是提高水源供應可靠度的方法。過去研究顯示,只要是天氣型態具備降雨潛勢,以臺灣的大氣環境而言,暖雲增雨無過度種雲之慮,且一年四季均適合進行。理論及實作經驗顯示,較佳的施作環境,多出現於綜觀環境特徵明顯(如水氣含量較高)的天氣系統影響下。今年度計畫期間,人工增雨服務團於將透過包括「提供氣象預報及人工增雨守視資訊」、「辦理人工增雨實作及聯繫」等12項工作項目的執行,協助水利署推動人工增雨政策。<br> Abstract: Cloud seeding, a measure for relieving drought and for increasing the reliability of water supply, has been operating for a long time by WRA. Past studies indicated that the adverse over-seeding effect is not obvious in Taiwan, so the warm-cloud procedure can be executed all year round. According to the past researches and operational experiences, the preferred seeding environment occurs mostly under the influence of weather systems with obvious environmental characteristics (such as high water content). The supporting team on cloud seeding in Taiwan will assist the Water Resources Agency in promoting the rain enhancement policy through the implementation of a total of twelve work items during the annual plan period.108年人工增雨計畫與閃電資料運用
