2006-08-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/691135摘要:為了延長木質材料的使用壽命,多以防腐劑處理木質材料,然而,隨著環境保護的要求,許多無機鹽類防腐藥劑在使用上已受到限制,因此開發環保型保存藥劑成為十分重要的課題,故本研究計畫之目的為評估天然殺菌劑、抗氧化劑與金屬螯合劑的抗腐朽菌活性,篩選出有潛力成為保存藥劑的配方,評估其增效效應以降低防腐處理所需用的劑量。另外,亦分析藥劑處理木材的長效性,以及尋求可以增加藥劑長效性的改善方法。同時將蛋白質體分析應用於保存藥劑抗真菌機制之探討,分析天然殺菌劑、抗氧化劑與金屬螯合劑對腐朽菌生長的影響,瞭解其抑菌途徑與形成增效效應的作用機制。如能開發更多環保型保存藥劑應用於木質纖維材料,不僅可延長木質纖維材料的使用年限,減少保存處理材的使用限制,使木質纖維材料能更有效利用。<br> Abstract: Wood preservatives are used to prolong the lifetime of lignocellulosic materials. For the environmental consciousness, lots of commercial inorganic preservative are being banned in many areas. Researches and developments in environmentally benign preservatives for lignocellulosic materials are essential to further exploration. Therefore, target of this project is to evaluate the antifungal activities of natural fungicide, antioxidant, metal chelator and their synergistic effects. It is expected that the dose of preservatives used for the treatments can be decreased by using the formula obtained from the synergistic study. Long-term efficacy and leaching behavior of tested constituents are measured after the leaching tests. The other subject of this study is to explore the methods of improving the long-term efficacy of antifungal ingredients. Using proteomics analyses, antifungal mechanisms of natural fungicide, antioxidant, metal chelator and their synergistic effects are also investigated.
