2015-02-132024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/663288摘要：臺灣之中醫藥研究水準舉世聞名，建置發行國際級的中醫藥學術期刊，對於台灣的中醫藥研究國際化而言，極有助益。因此，行政院衛生署中醫藥委員會已於99年度委託國立台灣大學食品與分子生物研究中心建置成立國際中醫藥國際期刊「Journal of Traditional and Complementary Medicine」（JTCM），於100年10月發行創刊號。至103年12月止，已陸續發行136篇文章，成功收錄於PubMed。104年如何持續推動並維持高品質的國際性中醫藥學術期刊，應為台灣中醫藥相關學術界國際化的當務之急。故，本計畫目標為：1.穩定維持「Journal of Traditional and Complementary Medicine；JTCM」期刊網站出刊:按季出刊，每季至少10篇文章。2.持續運作並維持編輯委員會: 廣邀各國具中醫藥背景的學者擔任顧問編輯與編輯委員，增加歐洲、美洲等地區編輯委員成員。3.維護並更新「Journal of Traditional and Complementary Medicine；JTCM」期刊網站功能與增修。4.維持投審稿系統功能，增強系統友善介面環境。5.持續更新中醫藥比對詞庫(Chinese Medical Dictionary)。6.辦理相關宣傳活動持續推廣本期刊網站，參與國內或國際會議，提升並尋找國際平台之曝光度，開拓各區域稿件來源，提升稿件品質。7.執行期程(期中期末)提報:網站參訪人次、期刊文獻引用次數、退稿率等統計資料。8.完成模擬SCI收錄後之期刊營運計畫書。 104年度除了穩定發刊與更新和維持網站與系統之正常運行外，會舉辦國際會議加強宣導JTCM知名度，使歐美地區作者有興趣投稿至JTCM，讓JTCM成為一高知名度且質量兼具之中醫藥期刊。<br> Abstract: To build a world-class Chinese medicine issue of academic journals, for the internationalization of Chinese medicine in Taiwan in terms of research, is very helpful. Department of Health was commissioned by the Committee of Chinese Medicine Food and Molecular Biology Research Centre, National Taiwan University build the establishment of the International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine International "Journal of Traditional and Complementary Medicine" (JTCM), in 2011. In 2014, JTCM had collected to 136 articles and hed been successfully included by PubMed. In 2015, promote and maintain high-quality JTCM on the world.The project objectives are:1. Publication: "Journal of Traditional and Complementary Medicine; JTCM" journal website Chukan: Quarterly Chukan quarterly least 10 articles.2. Editorial Board: We invite honary editors and editorial board members, especially in Europe, America.3. Maintain and update JTCM: Upgrading the journal website functionality.4. Maintain reviewer’s system: Enhance the system environment-friendly interface.5. Chinese medicine than continually updated lexicon (Chinese Medical Dictionary).6. Promotion website of the journal: Editor in Chief will participate in national or international conferences, and seek to enhance the visibility of an international platform, open up the regional manuscript sources.7. Implementation of the process (period ending) escalation: Visitors, journal literature citations, rejection rate and other statistics.8. Complete the simulation in SCI journals.
