2007-12-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/705360摘要：本計畫以充實台大法律學院「基礎法學」領域之專業研究藏書為目的，並以批判法理學為構想的重點。就概念史的角度觀察，批判法理學至少可以有三個主要的關連脈絡：第一，德國法蘭克福學派相關連的法理論發展以及更廣泛的德國或歐洲左翼法理論傳統；第二，美國的批判法學研究 (Critical Legal Study, CLS)；第三，當代各種流派的基進法理論(radical legal theory)。由於第三類的基進法理論仍方興未艾，且多半具有歐洲特色，並與第一類的德國批判法理學有相當高的關連性，因此本計畫將蒐集架構整併為「德國/歐洲批判法理學（及其關連脈絡）」與「美國批判法理學（及其關連脈絡）」兩大方向，並將前者置放於廣泛的「威瑪法學研究」背景下考量。另外為顧及以各種科際整合方式在實踐批判法理學研究的著作，將有第三類之批判法律史與相關之法律與社會研究。<br> Abstract: Abstract: This project aims to enhance the research literature collection of NTU law library and takes critical jurisprudence as the focal point of the collection. There are at least three possible meanings of critical jurisprudence from the history of ideas: first, the legal theory of the Frankfurt School and the German left wing legal theory in a more broader sense; second, the American Critical Legal Study (CLS); third, the contemporary radical legal theories of various kinds. The executive framework of this project will be divided into three parts. Thefirst part includes the literature of the German tradition with the emphasis of the Weimar study. Because the radical theories are still in developing and having strong connections to the German critical radition and the European thoughts in general, the literature of the radical legal theories will be included in this part as well. The second part includes the American realistic and critical tradition.
