2008-02-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/665269摘要:國際水協會(IWA)ADM1模型並不考慮酸化產物對水解反應之產物抑制,如在垃圾填埋或消化反應器中由於酸化反應速率極快,其產物抑制效果不能忽略。本研究擬定以三年時間通過水解酶活性分析和顆粒態有機物的水解速率,探討不同pH值和酸化產物對顆粒態澱粉類碳水化合物、蛋白質類化合物、及脂肪類化合物水解過程影響,全面討論產酸階段之產物(pH、acetate、lactate ammonia)對水解反應之抑制行為,完成對ADM1模式水解抑制機制之修正,並從而改進IWAADM1模型之適用範圍。<br> Abstract: International Water Association (IWA) proposed its Anaerobic Digestion Model No.1 (ADM1), in which the hydrolysis inhibition by acidogenic products had not been considered. However, in refuse landfill or solid waste anaerobic digester the accumulation rates of acidogenic products can be very high to make the inhibitive effects not negligible. This project plants to study the effects of pH and various acidogenic products on hydrolysis reactions of carbohydrates, proteins, and lipids particulates, via the measuring enzyme activity and hydrolyzed rates of substrates. By doing so, the inhibition mechanisms of ADM1 could be comprehensively explored and revised, so as to extend the applicability of ADM1 to anaerobic digestion systems.水解酸化IWAADM1模型ADM1hydrolyzed厭氧消化水解抑制:AMD1模式修正
