2023-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/700390列車位置偵測系統在鐵路運轉當中扮演著至關重要的角色,其可靠度與安全性直接影響系統的效率與安全。當今的列車偵測系統發展多元,且相關系統設備的價格也有因為量產而降低的趨勢,同時利用多個列車偵測系統來提高整體偵測系統之可靠度與安全性,已是未來可期的趨勢。然而,現有的偵測邏輯在多個列車偵測系統同時使用的情況下,大多無法同時兼顧可靠度與安全性,例如臺鐵在雙計軸系統上採用了並聯邏輯,提升可靠度的同時也降低了安全性,導致了2019年的佳冬虛驚事故的發生。有鑑於此,本研究希冀以現有的研究為基礎,規劃以三年的期程,開發可考量「多元件失效」、「元件自我監測系統」、以及「偵測設備劣化特性」等實務需求之可靠度與安全性完整評估平台,並根據評估平台的案例分析與結果討論發展出三個列車偵測系統的新邏輯。完整的研究應包含以下三大研究主題:(1)多元件失效模擬評估平台、(2)考量自我監測系統與元件劣化之整合型評估平台、(3)創新多系統列車偵測邏輯。在(1)、(2)主題中,本研究將評估與比較所有現有偵測邏輯在實際營運路線上的可靠度與安全性;在(3)主題中,本研究預計開發至少三套創新列車位置偵測邏輯,在多系統的架構下,同時有效提升可靠度和安全性。研究成果可應用於實際的鐵路路段,藉由評估平台以及模式的建構,輔以適當案例討論,研究成果可作為鐵路列車位置偵測系統、聯鎖號誌系統設計之參考依據。 Train detection systems play a critical role in railway operation, and their reliability and safety directly affect the efficiency and safety of the railway system. The existing train detection systems are diversified, and the cost of related systems are also reduced due to popular production and use. There is a trend to adopt multiple detection systems at a block simultaneously with the intention to improve both the reliability and safety of the overall detection system. However, existing detection logic for multiple train detection systems are facing the difficulty from the trade-off between reliability and safety. For example, the parallel logic on the dual axle counter system from the Taiwan Railway improves the reliability but reduces safety at the same time, resulting in a potential collision of adjacent trains at Jiadong station in 2019. This research aims to develop a comprehensive reliability and safety evaluation platform for multiple train detection systems with practical considerations regarding “simultaneous failures from multiple equipment”, “self-monitoring system”, and “equipment degradation characteristics”. In addition, three innovative detection logics to effectively improve reliability and safety of multiple train detection systems will also be designed and examined on actual routes.
