2017-08-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/690170摘要:本研究主要目的為:(1)量化不同覆蓋度、長寬比等條件下,紅樹林「水文調控」及「侵蝕保護」等生態系服務功能的變化;(2)釐清紅樹林生育地的關鍵環境因子及生理病理條件,並建立GIS-based生育地模式;(3)釐清紅樹林的種源擴散、交換及補充機制;(4)探討氣候變遷效應對紅樹林的影響,及紅樹林的反饋或調適機制;(5)探討河川海岸等人為工程對紅樹林的影響,及紅樹林的反饋或調適機制。本研究將以建立本土紅樹林數據為主,也將配合總計畫收集或聯合調查大陸的幾處紅樹林。研究方法是透過收集長期資料、現地調查、數值模擬、水槽試驗方式,從「生態系服務」及「流域管理」的宏觀角度,分析氣候變遷及河川海岸工程的衝擊程度,以作為紅樹林濕地經營管理的堅實基礎。本研究與近年國際關切的紅樹林生態系服務功能,及紅樹林脆弱度議題相吻合,透過本計畫的研究,將更清楚紅樹林與環境間的作用過程及機制,研究成果兼具學術創新及實務應用價值。本研究也將強化與其他子計畫間的橫向合作,扮演其他子計畫重要資訊提供者的角色,並配合總計畫的最佳化模式,在各式的權衡情境模擬中,找出比較容易操作的紅樹林保育方法,以提供更合理的土地利用方式並維護生態系統服務。<br> Abstract: The key to implementing integrated adaptive management for promoting a healthy mangrove ecosystem is to rigorously identify a set of measures of ecosystem services that meet the demands of human wellbeing. The objectives of this study are: (1) quantifying the mangrove ecosystem services of flood prevention by calculating flood level decrease rate and erosion protection by estimating the reduction rate of drag forces, (2) identifying the habitat characteristics and related plant pathology of mangroves and establishing the GIS-based habitat suitability model of mangroves, (3) examining the mechanisms of spreading and exchanging for mangrove seeds based on hydrodynamic aspect, (4) examining the impacts and adaptation for mangrove forests under the effects of climate change, (5) examining the impacts and adaptation for mangrove forests under the effects of river and coastal engineering. The field data for validating the numerical models, TABS-2 for hydrodynamic simulation and MIKE21 for wave and near shore current simulation, will be collected. The local biotic and abiotic parameters resulted from field surveys and flume experiments will contribute into identifying the interactions and mechanisms between mangroves and environment as well. The concepts of “ecosystem functions and services” and "integrated watershed management" points of view will be taken into consideration. The optimum condition of mangrove density, coverage ratio and aspect ratio will be presented. The outcomes of this study would provide useful information to other related projects and the feedbacks will also be collaborated and incorporated. This study meets the international concern about mangrove vulnerability induced by global change and anthropogenic effects.
