王冑2006-08-232018-06-282006-08-232018-06-282001http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/29316黑潮與南海環流長期以來一直深受我 國海洋學界所關注,二者間之互動機制更 是近年來的研究重點課題。有關黑潮如何 入侵以及如何退出南海的過程,此過程和 本地區之季風變化、海水層化狀況、入流 條件、地形構造分佈等等因素間之關係便 是本計畫預定探討之目標。在這兩年內, 我們分別在恆春海脊、恆春半島東側、高 台石海脊等處設置了海流、水位等的長期 錨碇觀測站,另外也藉航次之便順道執行 網狀水文觀測作業。位於恆春半島東側的 海流觀測資料顯示當地下層海流之流向多 為向南,而上層海流在東北風作用後流向 亦由北轉而向南,兩年資料均為如此,故 可知恆春半島東側近海應經常存在一支南 向的反流。另外在蘭嶼與屏東間的ADCP 錨碇初步觀測資料則顯示:在黑潮流動海 域之低頻海流,隨著深度增加流向會呈現 出具反鐘向逐漸迴轉的趨勢,這點表示 中、下層海流具有向岸(恆春半島東側)分 量,此等向岸流動受到地形抬升在近岸處 將造成湧昇,而水柱拉昇則有利於生成低 壓型環流,此機制似可解釋恆春海脊東側 為何出現反流。For years, both the Kuroshio and the South China Sea (SCS) circulation are important research topics for our regional oceanography. The processes of Kuroshio intrusion into SCS and its later retrocession from the latter are expected to be associated with the variation of the Asian monsoon, stratification of sea waters, the inflow condition of the Kuroshio and the local topography. During the past two years, we have deployed current-meters and water level recorders at several prescribed strategic locations, such as Heng-Chuen Ridge, east of Heng-Chuen, Gordi Rock, etc.. Aside of these works, extensive CTD surveys had been conducted in the KUDEX region too. These current-meter data show that the principal direction of flows at the lower layer offshore the eastern Heng-Chuen Pininsula (HCP) is mainly southward, same behavior had been observed for flows at the upper layer only during a prevailing northeastly wind. Based on these observations we may infer that there must be a southward counter-current offshore the eastern coast of HCP. Aside from this, the measurements from the ADCP mooring, in the channel between Lan-Yu and Ping-Tung, show that the sub-inertial flows deflects counter clockwisely with the increment of depth, this characteristic implies that the lower currents possess an on-shore component which should induce upwelling motions in the adjacent of continental margin, and the latter then favors the emergence of a cyclonic circulation on the west side of the Kuroshio.
