2015-09-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/644484摘要:為提供銀髮族安全與高品質之醫療照護,應用資通訊科技來照護健康。本計晝旨在開發一套「銀 髮族術後智慧健康感測及遠距照護服務之外科臨床應用平台」,並提供人工智慧判讀,以支持銀髮族 外科術後之全人照顧。包含生命徵象及日常生活資訊的蒐集、傳輸及健康資料加值應用。期望結合資 通訊遠距照護技術,導入臨床決策支援服務,將外科臨床實務經驗及知識(know-how)轉化於銀髮族資 通訊加值應用服務之中。計晝目標主要包含:(1)、建置銀髮族術後智慧健康感測及遠距照護服務應用 平台,供醫護人員進行病患預後管理及生命徵象監控;(2)、研發銀髮族專用之智慧健康感測手機應用 程式,結合穿戴式手環(錶)及手機周邊設備,提供智慧健康感測及更多元化的服務情境應用,使銀髮 族患者易於疾病自主管理;(3)、發展臨床決策人工智慧判讀,提供健康資料加值應用服務,警示病患 及照顧者異常事件,並同時轉知醫療人員及早介入,減少非預期事件的發生;(4)、智慧科技應用之臨 床效益分析,探討智慧健康感測和預後改善情形的相關性,及遠距照護之認知行為調查,瞭解新興科 技應用於銀髮族術後遠距照護的可行性與接受性;(5)、公開分享智慧健康感測手機軟體,使非收案之 病患亦可無障礙的使用軟體進行自主管理。透過醫療專業與資訊專業人員的跨領域創新性整合研究, 預期建立智慧健康感測及遠距照護服務於銀髮族外科術後照護之前瞻創新應用。<br> Abstract: To provide the safety and high quality health care and to provide the telehealthcare for elderly people by information and communication technology, we proposed a knowledge-based telehealthcare platform with the artificial intelligence classification mechanism in intelligent disease management for elderly patients who received the surgery. The first aim of study is to construct a telehealthcare platform to monitor patients’ vital signs and daily physical records for health givers. The second aim is to measure patient’s prognostic information after surgery using the mobile and wearable devices for disease self-management. Third aim is to detect the abnormal event of vital signs and daily records to provide feedbacks using the artificial intelligence classification. The fourth aim is to conduct a survey of user behavior and recognition for both health provider and elderly patients.
