2012-03-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/660934摘要：國內養豬產業多年來均為單項農業產值最高的項目，四十年來台灣業已建立種豬登錄、中央檢定、種豬場評鑑、核心豬群等育種制度，讓養豬產業堪為國內畜牧產業中最重要的項目。然加入WTO之後國外豬肉得以進口，致使養豬產業面對日漸升高的國際競爭，而國內的飼料原料全部仰賴進口，在養豬成本上佔最大比例之飼料成本無法大幅下降，且國內的環保壓力也不斷地升高，致使養豬產業必須思考其行銷策略、成本效益與生產效率，因此國內產官學界需要參照國內外的育種發展及管理技術現況，藉以擬定國內種豬產業的發展策略。本計畫希望能藉由舉辦國際性種豬產業發展策略研討會，邀請歐美等先進養豬國家之專家學者來台進行經驗分享與交流，並舉辦圓桌討論會議，提供產業界瞭解先進國家種豬產業的育種管理技術及其與現場管理之結合。本計畫並期望據此彙整集合上述之研討會與討論會的內容及問題解答刊印成冊，以提供國內豬隻育種政策擬定之參考，並能對養豬產業提供教育訓練資料及建議。<br> Abstract: The pig production has been the agricultural product of highest production value. The domestic swine registry system, central testing programs, purebred herd evaluation, and swine nucleus herd were conducted in recent four decades to promote pig production in Taiwan. However, after joining the WTO to foreign pork imports, resulting in increased pig industry facing increasing international competition, but all rely on domestic raw materials imported feed, the largest share of the cost of pig feed costs can’t be of substantial decline, and domestic environmental pressures continue to rise, resulting in raised pig industry must think about their marketing strategies, cost effectiveness and production efficiency. Therefore, the domestic industry, government and academia need to refer to domestic and international technology development and management of breeding status, in order to develop the domestic pig industry development strategy. This project hopes to organize an international seminar and invite the experts and scholars from the other advanced swine breeding countries to Taiwan to share and exchange experiences, and to hold on round-table discussion, providing advanced understanding of breeding technology combined with on-site management. Accordingly, this project and look forward to exchange the entire collection of the above seminars and discussions of the content and questions into a book published to provide the domestic pig breeding policy development of the reference, and to provide education and training information and recommendations for the domestic pig industry.豬隻育種育種策略育種技術研討會Swine BreedingBreeding StrategyBreeding TechnologySymposium
