2008-04-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/659248摘要:本計畫目的在於建立進水口與水塘農田水利建設生態工程選址及效益評估模式,以95年度本計畫團隊建立之選址及效益評估模式為基礎,應用專家問卷及AHP層級分析法進行選址及效益評估指標系統修正,以台北縣、桃園縣、新竹縣、苗栗縣、台中市等五個縣市實施進水口或水塘生態工程建設地點為例,進行選址及效益評估指標及驗證。此外,選定一生態效益良好工程地點基準,其他工程地點之各項指標與其進行相對比較,根據評估及比較結果提出各研究地點未來改善建議。最後嘗試將評估模式整合於農委會農田水利建設生態工程經費補助之審查機制。因此,本計畫預期的成果包括完成進水口與水塘農田水利建設生態工法選址及效益評估指標之驗證,完成進水口與水塘農田水利建設生態工法效益評估指標於工程改善建議,完成進水口與水塘農田水利建設生態工法選址及效益評估指標於計畫審查之應用。<br> Abstract: The propose of this program is to set up the method of location selecting and benefits evaluating of irrigation economic based on ecological engineering. The methods are mainly using the ecological engineering experimenting sites chosen by the council of agriculture, Executive Yuan and irrigation systems based on ecological engineering in Taipei county, Taiyuan county, Hsinchu county, Miaoli county, and Taichung city to test and verify the index system and to address advices for engineering designing.
