2002-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/702289摘要:在供應鏈管理中,上下游廠商供需協調之有效性對供應鏈營運之績效有重要性之影響。然而協調機制的細部內容,並未有系統化的決策支援模式,提供給管理者在營運上之參考。本研究即針對兩供應鏈上下游之協調機制:持續補貨規劃系統 (CRP) 及供應商管理存貨系統 (VMI),提出決策支援模式,建構其規劃模式,並分析其與現今一般經驗法則的分配方式之差異,以驗證其績效,並找出影響差異之環境因子影響效果,作為管理者在營運上之參考。協調機制將以線性規劃模型加以系統化的描述,配合實驗設計的手法,選定關鍵的環境因子,設計不同的情境,並建立以經驗法則分配且資訊不足之參考模式作為協調機制決策支援模式之比較基準。 針對以上的研究目的,本研究的工作項目可細分為以下幾點來進行: (1)建立持續補貨規劃(CRP)系統的數學決策支援模式 (2)驗證CRP系統的模式績效與情境分析 (3)建立供應商管理存貨(VMI)系統的數學決策支援模式 (4)驗證VMI系統的模式績效與情境分析 (5)提供供需協調機制管理上的建議 <br> Abstract: In supply chain management, the demand-supply coordination mechanism has a strong effect on the supply chain operational performance. In real practice, however, there is no systematic decision support model for decision makers. The goals of this research are then to create models for two coordination mechanisms, Continuous Replenishment Planning (CRP) system and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) system, and verify their performance under different scenarios. To verify the performance of these models, a reference model based on empirical allocation rules will be created. The effects of environment factors on models will be quantified using simulations and design of experiments techniques, and some managerial suggestions be made.
