The assessment of cetaceans population will be taken in the early stage of the offshore wind farm construction. Moreover, it will be the reference of the future impact on the cetaceans population during the middle and later stages of the project, and establishing the soundscape data of the sea area around the offshore wind farm i the same time. This study will also explore the relationship between the human activities and the appearance frequency, physiological stress, and direct injury of western cetaceans. Furthemore,in order to facilitate cetaceans health monitoring and the establishment of complete cetaceans Health Assessment, we are going to develop a latest rapid diagnostic techniques for the important pathogens in cetaceans. As this year, the National Oceanographic Research Institute and the Asian Marine Mammals Strand Organization Network (AMMSN) signed a research cooperation memorandum, the development of this detection technology and subsequent technology transfer will be a continuation of this research memorandum, and it is also a continuation of the New Southbound Policy.鯨豚離岸風電水下聲學族群健康cetaceansoffshore windfarmunderwater soundscapePopulation health離岸風電場近海鯨豚族群健康評估與水下聲景資料建置
