2013-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/712158摘要:本計畫擬發展之微型智能監測網路將可依據不同監測點位,進行溫度、濕度、照度、紫外線強度、風速、風向、氣體濃度、有機氣體濃度等環境參數監測,進而為智慧城市建構完成全面性室內外之感測功能。本計畫預計將至少建置200個以上的室外及室內監測點,而所感測到的資訊將可直接透過決策支援平台分享給所有子計畫進行各項分析。為了實現智慧城市的概念,本計畫亦將建構室內智慧情境調控系統示範平台,透過決策支援平台所提供的監測資訊與各項模式分析結果,來為智能化建築與管理提供一個完整確切的解決方案。透過全面性的微型感測與智能化的監控方案,使人群能夠保持在舒適的環境下生活,並能降低能源消耗與固定成本支出。此外,透過本計畫所研擬發展之微型智能感測網的人員定位功能,將能作為人員移動或疏散導引,可在疾病快速擴散時,建議人員避開群眾過度集中區域藉此降低感染,或可作為人員疏散導引使用,透過搭配地理圖資軟體進行路線導引,讓群眾可以快速進行疏散。本計畫不僅可讓智慧城市概念不僅僅只是侷限在舒適或安全的環境調控,亦將促成智慧城市的概念更進一步地實現,使城市充滿智慧。整體系統再結合臺灣各項的資通訊技術建設,將能夠使各類資訊準確的傳達到每個角落,讓資訊不失真,使資源更能被有效利用。<br> Abstract: In this project, tiny sensing modules of smart sensing networks will be developed to pursue the concept of intelligent city. The environmental parameters, e.g. temperature, humidity, illumination, ultraviolet index, wind speed, wind direction, gas concentration, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), will be monitored by the tiny sensing modules. More than 200 hundred tiny sensing modules will be setup in a building and at the campus of National Taiwai University. The monitoring information will be used by a decision support system developed by sub project 1 and shared with each sub projects. The researchers of this integrated project could analyze the monitoring data to find temporal/spatial variations of land-cover change and micro-environmental change (sub project 3), and the data could also be analyzed to model spatial diffusion of disease transmission (sub project 4). In order to promote the idea of intelligent city, this project will also develop an intelligent management platform for indoor environments. Based on the real-time monitoring data and analysis results obtained from other projects, this intelligent management platform will control its electrical units to change or improve the environment. People will work and live in a more comfortable environment using real-time environmental monitoring and intelligent management. Energy use and fixed costs will also decrease. Moreover, sub project 2 will develop a navigation model for human movement using the localization function of the smart sensing network. For example, users could walk down to an optimal route to avoid a highly dense area where some diseases may be diffusing. According to this integrated project, the idea of intelligent city will be realized and promoted.
