2001-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/661873摘要:本計畫利用氣相質譜儀從事土肉桂葉精油之成分分析,並評估土肉桂葉精油及其主要成分對九株細菌的抗細菌活性。此外,也將評估桂皮醛相關化合物的抗細菌活性,了解化學結構對抑止細菌生長之影響,期能尋得較理想的天然抗菌藥劑。<br> Abstract: In the study, the essential oil of leaves collected from Cinnamomum osmophloeum were extracted and their chemical compositions were analyzed using GC-MS. Furthermore, the antibacterial activities of the essential oils and their constituents against 9 strains of bacteria, including Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enterococcus faecalis, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidi, Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, Klebstitlla pneumoniae, Salmonella sp., and Vibrio parahemolyticus were investigated. In addition, the antibacterial activities of cinnamaldehyde congeners were also examined to help understand the effects of chemical structure on the antibacterial activity.
