2013-01-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/698500摘要:本計畫主要是要研究石墨烯(Graphene)相關材料之光學及光電子學之基礎與應用研究。藉由不同之物理與化學方法,我們可調石墨烯相關材料之電子結構,從二維sp2 之石墨烯,至石墨烯氧化物(graphene oxide)材料至改變其sp2/ sp3之比例。並將材料功能化。最近我們在石墨烯氧化物上發現其可調變,並放出紅至藍光,具有潛力發展成為有用之光電材料之應用。本計劃主要是要藉由基礎光學及光電子學之基礎研究,探討石墨烯相關材料之發光機制及電荷傳導特性,及二維奈米材料光電轉換特性。並開發以石墨烯材料為主之光電上之應用, 包括太陽能電池,發光二極體(LED),及光觸媒水分解( water splitting)。<br> Abstract: Graphene is one of the most exciting materials recently for fundamental and applied solid state physics research in two dimensional nanomaterials. Novel condensed matter effects arising from its unique two dimensional energy dispersion along with superior properties make it potentially useful for a wide variety of applications. In this project, we would like to devote our efforts on the fundamentals and applications of graphene based materials in photonics and optoelectronics. We will focus more on the physical properties of electronics and photonics of functionalized graphene based materials, including doping, chemical modification, and graphene/nanocrystal hybrids. The main tasks will include two parts: (i) growth of functional graphene related materials and (ii) development of advanced graphene-based technologies on various fundamentals and applications in photonics and optoelectronics.
