2013-11-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/660810摘要:通訊產業為台灣經濟的重要命脈,本計畫擬從研究、教學、及產學聯結三方面深耕通訊工業基礎技術。在研究方面,配合行動數位匯流把通訊、資訊及媒體整合在單一載具的發展趨勢,將致力研發2G/3G/4G 與毫米波頻段的多頻多模的多標準行動通訊技術,規劃「高速無線通訊系統之多模多頻段射頻前端技術」,主題涵蓋(1)毫米波收發系統晶片元組件技術、(2)低成本60GHz 寬頻天線技術、(3)多頻段天線技術、(4)應用於多頻帶射頻接收機技術、(5)多頻多模通信系統之高效率射頻功率放大器技術、(6)高功率高線性度與低損耗之單刀多擲天線開關模組技術、(7)系統構裝射頻前端模組與整合技術以及(8)高速無線射頻收發模組及天線系統中晶片及封裝內的電磁雜訊抑制技術等八項符合國科會規劃之通訊系統基礎技術。在教學方面,將以現有研發能量為基礎,規劃與最新通訊技術緊密結合的實作課程。在產學聯結方面,將延伸「臺灣電磁產學聯盟」的模式招募更多業界參與,並與華碩電腦、廣達電腦、瑞昱半導體及台揚科技合作昇級成立「射頻工程與無線通訊技術中心」,定義未來多頻多模射頻天線及毫米波通訊的技術的需求及規格,以永續經營創新的基礎研究與應用,嘉惠所有台灣資通訊產業企業。<br> Abstract: Fully aware the importance of communication industry to Taiwan’s economy, this project aims at strengthening the core ground-base communication technology by promoting research, education, and industry-university linkage. In research aspect, it will focus on the R&D of multi-standard mobile communication technology with multi-band and multi-mode characteristics in the ubiquitous digital convergence era of integrating the communication, information, and media functions into single user equipment. Entitled “Multiband Multimode RF Front Ends for High-Speed Wireless Communication System,” eight sub- projects are proposed in accordance with the fundamental technologies of communication system planned by NSC, including (1) Millimeter-wave transceiver system chip, (2)low-cost 60 GHz wideband antenna, (3) multi-band antenna, (4) multi-band RF receiver, (5)high-efficiency RF power amplifier for multi-band multi-mode communication system,(6) high-power, high-linearity and low-loss single-pole-multi-throw antenna switch module (7) system-in-package for RF front-end module, and (8) chip/package-level noise suppression for high-speed wireless transceivers and antenna systems. In education aspect, the project will build up various hands-on courses for practical industrial applications to enhance the students’ ability and capability in facing future challenges. Moreover, for promoting industry university linkage, the model of “Taiwan Electromagnetic Industry-Academia Consortium” will be extended to integrate more resources from related industry and different universities and upgraded to establish the “RF Engineering and Wireless Communication Technology Center”, in cooperation with ASUS, Quanta, Realtek and MTI. This center, along with the four leading companies, will define the future needs and specifications of multiband multimode RF technologies, and then benefit the whole communication industry.
