2006-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/681493摘要:本計畫為執行中央地質調查所推動之四年期「台灣西南海域天然氣水合物賦存區地質調查研究—地球物理調查」工作,將以多種地球物理探測技術及分析方法在台灣西南海域進行天然氣水合物之調查與探勘研究,以精確掌握調查海域中天然氣水合物的位置與分布型態,瞭解其與區域性構造以及沈積形態之關係,探討天然氣水合物之資源特性,進行蘊藏量之評估,並在研究海域選擇出最具有開發潛力的探勘好景區進行精密地球物理調查,規劃出最適合之鑽探井位,以在下一階段進行鑽井採樣之相關研究,驗證地層中天然氣水合物之物理與化學特性,以及儲量之估算。本計畫在頭兩年的執行過程中已完成了區域性震測普查、海底地震儀與地熱調查技術之建立、試驗與分析能力之建立,以及建立區域性的地球物理、地質構造與沈積特性等工作,另外也建立了以地理資訊系統(GIS)為架構的天然氣水合物資料庫與網頁。本第三年度的工作重點在於整合、分析計畫第一、二年所收集來的普查資料,並依這些普查結果,在擇定的探勘好景區進行精密調查,以確切掌握探勘好景區內天然氣水合物之分布、特性,以及探討台灣西南海域天然氣水合物的生成與移棲環境、地質構造與地層之分布與演化等重要資訊。本年度中並將研究、<br> Abstract: This proposal requests the 3nd year support of the 4-year gas hydrate project entitled “Geological Exploration of Gas Hydrate Prospects Offshore Southwestern Taiwan – Geophysical Investigation”. Various marine geophysical exploration techniques will be used to map the gas hydrate distribution in the study area, to understand the regional structures and deposition environment, to investigate the characteristics of the gas hydrate bearing sediment, and to estimate the amount of gas hydrate in place and its energy potential. Gas hydrate prospects will be selected for detailed investigation, all the preparation work for drilling should be carried out in the 4th year. So, that we are ready for the drilling investigation to be conducted in the 2nd phase of the gashydrate program. During the first 2 years of this project, regional geophysical reconnaissance surveys and densely space 2.5D seismic survey plus OBS experient were conducted to map the regional gas hydrate distribution. Compilation and analysis of geophysical and geological data have been performed to establish the regional geophysical characters, geological structures, and sedimentary patterns of both the accretionary wedge province and the passive China continent slope regions of the study area. Special geophysical investigation techniques, such as ocean bottom seismometers, heat flow measuring devices, etc., have been established and tested, seismic data analysis and interpretation system has also been purchased and installed. Regional sedimentary deposition history and structural patterns have been proposed. In the 3rd year of this project, integrated approach on analyzing all the geophysical, geological and geochemistical data is emphasized. Detailed geophysical investigations will be carried out in the selected prospects in order to understand how the gas hydrate distribution relates to regional structures and stratigraphy, physical characteristics of the hydrate bearing sediment, possible generation and migration paths of the gas hydrate, and to have a better estimation of the amount of gas hydrate in place. Selection and site preparation of a few drilling sites will be the prime objectives of the 4th year investigations.
