Optical losses were found to be 2 dB/cm. Second-harmonic generation is used to produce a green laser beam by quasi-phase matching in the obtained waveguide. The conversion efficiency was found to be 10-2%/W. Photorefractive resistance properties are reported and discussed relating to un-doped periodically poled lithium niobate. © 2007 Springer-Verlag.application/pdf382557 bytesapplication/pdfen-USHarmonic generation; Helium; Ion implantation; Laser beams; Lithium compounds; Zinc; Lithium niobate; Photorefractive resistance; Planar waveguidesGreen light generation in a periodically poled Zn-doped LiNbO3 planar waveguide fabricated by He+ implantationjournal article10.1007/s00340-007-2788-22-s2.0-35648952789http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw/bitstream/246246/146033/1/18.pdf
