2021-06-012024-07-22https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/719967我們的先前研究已證實綠豆殼萃取物具有多重抗病毒之機制,能有效地抑制包括流感病毒在內的三種家禽呼吸道病毒,而本研究欲評估此循環經濟下的產物且具有抗病毒潛力的綠豆殼,使用在貓隻冠狀病毒(FCoV)與鸚鵡玻那病毒(PaBV)兩種危害寵物貓與寵物鳥健康的感染症上,以發展作為未來的抗病毒製劑。本研究使用細胞實驗,完成綠豆殼萃取物對Fcwf-4與QM7細胞的毒性分析,並確認綠豆殼萃取物對FCoV與PaBV皆有著劑量反應關係的抗病毒效果,並且找出抑制病毒最適當的作用期間、進一步解析其抗病毒機制。本研究探討了循環經濟產物綠豆殼萃取物對兩種危害寵物健康的病毒在細胞上感染的抑制效果,有潛力發展出創新的抗病毒製劑,改善動物健康。Our previous study has confirmed that Vigna radiata extract (VRE) has multiple antiviral mechanisms and can effectively inhibit three poultry respiratory viruses including the influenza virus. This study intends to evaluate and develop potent antiviral drugs against the feline coronavirus (FCoV) and parrot bornavirus (PaBV), which are lethal pathogens for feline and psittacine species, respectively. Cellular experiments were conducted and the cytotoxicity of VRE in Fcwf-4 cells and QM7 cells were determined. The results showed that VRE has dose-dependent antiviral activity against FCoV and PaBV. Furthermore, the time of addition assay was performed to find out the best treatment conditions and the antiviral mechanisms.
