2011-05-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/695918摘要：MTF測試法自從消費級影像產品普遍數位化後，儼然成為業界實現數字化品質管理的趨勢，全球光學業界目前皆以德國品牌的MTF測試機作為檢測標準，唯德國進口測試機價格昂貴，雖說有販賣量產型機台，仍舊然無法滿足台灣手機鏡頭的量產規模，且在時效上常常跟不上台灣企業的步調。因此開發一台低成本、符合台灣量產需求之 MTF 測試機，並藉此掌握檢測上之關鍵技術，能以最短時間滿足客戶多樣的測試需求，是提升台灣量產自主性的有效方法之一。 玉晶光電的手機用鏡頭目前是台灣產量第二、世界排名前五名的企業，擁有豐富的量產技術與經驗，若能結合台大團隊的在光學理論上的研究成果，應可開發出適合台灣量產環境的MTF測試機。依目前產業需求量來看，台灣一年大約需要五百台這類的檢測機，若以一台平均四百萬元來估算，一年就有二十億元要花在購買機台上，若能變成自製，不但成本減半，且掌握技術，不但對目前產業有直接助益，並且能衍伸到未來新一代光學產品的研發，讓光學產業能根留台灣、永續經營。 <br> Abstract: Since consumer visual products are rapidly digitalized, the MTF (Modulation Transfer Function) measurement method becomes a trend to be used for digital quality control in industry. Global optical industries always apply the German MTF testing equipment as the testing standard. Although the German testing equipments for mass production are already available, but they are still too expensive to fulfill the production capacity of mobile-phone lens in Taiwan und also cannot meet challenging requirements of fast changeable business processes. To development low-cost testing equipment, which can be adaptable to our mass production requirement, will be an effective approach to enhance our own self-decision power in business field. Through this development we can also master the key technique of the MTF measurement to fulfill diverse customer requirements. In the production capacity of the mobile-phone lens, Genius Electric Optical Company has the second place in Taiwan and the fifth in the world. Our company already possesses plentiful production technique and experience. Together with the technological knowledge resources of National Taiwan University, we want to develop a MTF testing equipment that is adaptable to our industry environment. According to the current production capacity in mobile-phone lens, Taiwan industry needs about 500 MTF testing equipments per year. When the average cost of each MTF equipment is four million Taiwan dollars, Taiwan industry needs to invest two billion dollars per year to buy foreign testing equipments.
