2011-09-242024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/683888摘要：為使法官更便捷、精確的取得所需「祭祀公業及神明會」的資訊，並將法官辦案的經驗傳承新手，本專案將進行「祭祀公業及神明會」資料之整編作業。此一專案整編計畫，係以「祭祀公業」及「神明會」之法律概念或關鍵詞為核心，結合相關法規、精選裁判及辦案心得等各種資訊，彼此互相串連，形成一個「祭祀公業及神明會」智識庫，讓法官得以關鍵詞、參考法條、精選裁判等，互為關連查詢，以協助法官更有效率的取用所需「祭祀公業及神明會」資訊。<br> Abstract: In order to make judge conveniently obtain the required information about "ancestral estate and Shen-Min-Hui" , and inheritance these experiences of judge handling relative cases , this project will arrange and integrate these information about " ancestral estate and Shen-Min-Hui " .
