2014-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/660529摘要:為了驗證植物工場於農業上的應用價值與商機,本團隊根據過去在離子感側、節能工程、水耕養殖、以及專利分析之跨領域研究所獲得之寶貴經驗,提出一三年期的農委會計劃。計劃名稱為「植物工場產業技術研發」。為了有效達成計劃目標,整體計劃分成三年執行,並分為五個重要工作項目,簡述如下: 1. 開發硝酸根、胺根、鉀離子、鈣離子、鎂離子之平面式離子選擇電極。 2. 開發量測pH值及電導度(EC)之低成本儀表軟硬體。 3. 完全人工光型植物工廠環控系統、生長維持系統穩度度提升、能源使用效益提升。人工氣流引導授粉技術之研發: 4. (1)建構植物工場監控系統、栽培系統知識架構圖、專利資料庫、技術發展趨勢。(2)植物工場監控系統之養液監控平台技術前沿演化分析。(3)植物工場栽培系統之設施生產立體化栽培技術前沿演化分析。 5. 篩選結球萵苣最佳品種與於完全人工光植物工場栽培之最佳營養液配方。 6. LED微型組織培養系統(LED MEL)草莓莖頂組織培養條件建立。 7. 全人工光源植物工場內適合草莓植株生長之養液供給系統。 本計劃之實踐將可裨益於植物工場產業之發展,並可預期的成果除了極富價值之智財輸出(國際期刊論文發表、專利、技術轉移),更將有助於貢獻我國社會可貴之跨領域人才。 <br> Abstract: To improve the niches of plant factories in agriculture application, herein we propose a three-year project with the best knowledge according to our know-hows ranging form ion-selective electrodes, energy-saving engineering, hydroponics, and patent analysis. The project is entitled “ Technology R&D of plant factory industry.” To better approach the project goals, the entire research program will be divided into 7 subprojects to be implemented in three years brief below: 1. Development of planar ISEs for N, K, Ca, and Mg ions. 2. Development of low cost integrated PH and EC measurement software and hardware. 3. Development of environment-controlling system in full artificial light plant factory, stability increasing of growth-support system, increasing of energy-consuming efficiency, and artificial airflow-induced pollination technique. 4. (1) Establishment of plant factory monitoring system, blue picture of culturing system knowledge, patent database, and technical development trend. (2) The analysis of front research and evolution of nutrient monitoring platform in plant factory. (3) The analysis of front research and evolution of vertical facilities in plant factory. 5. Selection of optimal Iceberg lettuce species and optimization of nutrient solution in full artificial light plant factory. 6. Establishment of LED MEL system for strawberry shoot apical meristem culturing. 7. Nutrient supply system for strawberry growth environment in full artificial light plant factory. The project will show the development of plant factory industry.
