2016-02-232024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/657439摘要:針對都會地景與人為熱源造成氣象觀測環境的衝擊,世界氣象組織「氣象儀器與觀測方法指引」特別以「urban observations」章節加以建議都市氣象觀測的需求,本計畫將以台北市中心中央氣象局臺北氣象站觀測坪、板橋測站、大安森林公園自動站(預定2016年新增)以及大安森林公園西側的台北市新生國小校園氣象站,進行為期兩年的都會氣象觀測環境的影響評估,建立未來氣象站遷移的評估程序,讓氣象資料的長期紀錄有客觀性的調整。本計畫第一年所將執行的工作項目包括:(1)氣象站周遭地景的粗糙度(視野空曠程度)定量估計 (2)氣象風場、太陽輻射觀測受到周遭建物干擾模擬 (3)氣象站周遭顯著人工熱源現況定量資訊 (4)定量評估台北都市熱島與大安森林公園冷島現象(5)評估其他觀測站網(如校園氣象網)的資料品質與問題。以上成果預期在第二年可歸納出板橋測站因需求必須進行遷移與新地點環境之具體評估項目,作為中央氣象局各城鄉氣象測站選址與搬遷需求的作業參考。<br> Abstract: In order to deal with the impact of urban landscape and anthropogenuous heating sourses on meteorological observations, World Meteorological Organization (WMO) proposes a chapter, urban observations, in 「Guide to Meteorological Instruments and Methods of Observation」technical report. In this two-year project, CWB weather stations at Taipei, Banchiao, Da-an Park (2016 new site) and campus weather station in Xinsheng Elementary School of Taipei, will be revised on the environmental impact and build the evaluation procedure on the movement of meteorological sites. It also provides the reference for the consistency of long-term meteorological dataset. The goals in the first year include: (1)quantitative estimation on environmental roughness (factor of view) in each weather station (2)simulation on the wind and solar radiation disturbance by builds. (3) investigation on anthropogenuous heat soursessurrounding the sites (4) investigation on urban heat island of Taipei Basin and the cooling effect by Da-an Park.
