2015-06-052024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/671315摘要：中共經濟發展需靠穩定之能源供應，然而其能源主要依靠進口，為確保經濟發展，避免能源供應路線遭美國海軍控制，中共力圖由陸路、中亞、俄羅斯等國進口能源，分散能源供應管道。中共並全力發展海&#20022;空軍，擴張對東海及南海、乃至太平洋與印度洋制海權，並於緬甸、巴基斯坦尋找替代港口，建立所謂「珍珠鍊戰略」，這也與中共為確保能源安全密切相關，亦有地緣戰略上之意圖。本計劃將首先探討中共近年能源供應與消費趨勢。第二，分析中共主要輸入能源管道，及中共與能源主要供應國及能源運輸中繼國的軍事關係發展。第三，探究中共分散能源供應及發展替代能源之努力。第四，則探討中共能源安全與其未來軍力發展之關係。第五，則探討中共能源安全與其地緣戰略及大戰略之關係。第六，將分析中共能源安全與戰略對我國之影響。<br> Abstract: A stable supply of energy is usually perceived as a key to sustain economic development. Mainland China, as a country whose energy sector relies heavily on imports, has paid extra attention in securing its energy supply so to safeguard its economic achievements. In order to prevent itself from being blockaded by the U.S. navy on the sea, China has strived to diversify the supplying channels and to import energy through land routes from countries in central Asia and Russia. China has also in recent years eagerly sought for the advancement of its naval and air forces, so to expand and secure its sea control over the East and South China Sea, as well as even the Pacific and Indian Ocean. Many observers name the Chinese attempts in seeking alternative sea ports in Myanmar and Pakistan as the String of Pearls strategy, believing this not only is an attempt for China to ensure its energy security, but also is an exercise of geopolitics. This project will first explore the recent trends of supply and demand in the energy sector in China. The second part of this project will analyze China’s major sources of energy supply, followed by a study of the military relationships between China and these supplying nations as well as the intermediary states. Thirdly, the project will study about the Chinese attempts in diversifying its energy supply and its efforts in finding alternative energy sources. The fourth part will be on the correlation between Chinese energy security and its future military developments, followed by a study on the correlation between its energy security, geopolitics and its grand strategy.
