2007-05-092024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/656973摘要:臺灣黑熊(Ursus thibetanus formosanus Swinhoe, 1864)被認為是亞洲黑熊分布於臺灣的特有亞種。但是目前亞洲黑熊各地的亞種無法由型態特徵明確區別,分子標誌的資料也普遍缺乏。另外,臺灣黑熊各地族群的遺傳結構現況如何?基因交流是否受限?適當的黑熊保育單位如何界定?可否藉由分子技術,取得臺灣黑熊族群生態的資料,以提供保育與經營管理所需?都是本研究欲解決的問題。因此,本計畫擬利用分子生物技術,針對臺灣黑熊進行三個層面的保育遺傳研究:(1)探討亞洲不同地理區、不同亞種亞洲黑熊族群的遺傳變異,(2)分析臺灣島內臺灣黑熊之族群遺傳結構,(3)以微隨體個體標定與Amelogenin基因座性別標定的方法研究臺灣黑熊的活動範圍、族群大小與性比,以掌握黑熊的族群結構及空間分布等資訊。 <br> Abstract: The goal of this project is to use molecular techniques in analyzing DNA samples of Asian and Formosan black bears from captive and wild populations to examine genetic diversity of these black bears at three different scales: (1) genetic diversity of Asian black bears from different geographical regions and potentially different subspecies; (2) genetic diversity and potential geographical differentiation of Formosan black bear in Taiwan; and (3) genetic identification of individual Formosan black bear by using microsatellite markers and Amelogenin gene to find out the home ranges and distribution of these bears, and to estimate the abundance and sex ration of their populations.台灣黑熊保育遺傳遺傳多樣性Ursus thibetanus formosanusconservation geneticsgenetic diversity臺灣野生物遺傳多樣性與保育遺傳研究-台灣黑熊之保育遺傳研究(II)
