2006-03-312024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/664164摘要：台灣苗圃類植物為花卉生產上的最大宗產業。其中花木類植物，如朱槿、仙丹花、紫薇、杜鵑花、茶花‥‥等，均為庭園、公園、校園之最常見的綠化植物種類。但此等植物在綠化應用時，經常面臨植株生長勢衰弱、株型不整齊、花期不一致‥‥等問題，究其主因在於缺乏整齊一致的高品質苗木所致。由於此等植物經常採用扦插繁殖，苗木品質受到品種、插穗本身狀況、插穗處理條件、環境季節條件‥‥等因素之影響。因此本計畫擬針對重要花木類植物（如朱槿、仙丹花、紫薇、杜鵑花、九重葛‥‥等）的苗木扦插繁殖體系，進行一系列之研究（包括花木品種、插穗本身狀況、插穗處理條件、環境季節條件等因素對發根率和發根品質之影響），期能有效改進扦插苗木品質；進而提昇台灣整體的綠美化效果。<br> Abstract: Nursery plant industry is the most one in Taiwan ornamentals industries. The flowering shrubs, such as Hibiscus rosa-sinensis, Ixora chinensis, Lagerstroemia indica, Rhododendron simsii, Camellia japonica and so on, are most popular landscape plants that apply to garden, park and campus. But the quality of nursery stock of flowering shrubs in Taiwan is inferior. Thus the phenomenons of low growth vigor, various plant form, and dispersive flowering period occur frequently in the cities of Taiwan. Because cutting propagation is a common propagation method in flowering shrubs. The objectives of this program will to evaluate the influences of the cultivars, the situations of cuttings, the treatments of cuttings, and the exterior environments on the rooting of cuttings. The improving recommendation will be proposed based on the results of above investigation and experiment.
