2020-01-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/653108摘要:台灣大學新興物質與前瞻元件科技研究中心(簡稱物質元件中心)運作十餘年,成功創新研發並培育研究新血。近期在新穎分子奈米基材建構尖端功能性感測系統上,展現極高研發能量。我們希望以此成功團隊為基礎,擴大發展為一創新科研、推動研究至產業,並培養人才永續經營之「最佳競爭力團隊」,期望為電子、生醫、材料、能源等尖端應用提供堅強之基礎科學後盾,解決重大前沿問題。本團隊除將持續投入科學教育,培育新進研究人員,連結跨領域團隊之外,更將擴大與國外高等研究機構之實質學術合作,成為本國基礎科研之先驅並與國際接軌。 本最佳競爭力團隊研究規劃方向及如下:一、團隊將橫向跨領域合作,有效分配資源並與國際尖端學術機構合作,以縱向驅動上游基礎科研成果對下游產學應用的支援。二、團隊成員多年來在基礎物質作用力之研究成果,將成為開創新技術之利基,將開發非傳統、革命性之方法,來深化對基礎物質作用力之了解與操控,從根本上強化尖端應用之重大前沿問題並提供解決方案。三、成員組成為潛力新人與中壯資深各半,強調培養基礎科研新血,傳承研究經驗與分享國際人脈資源,讓新血成為中堅,中堅成為頂尖,全面推升團隊內老中青之研發動能,永續經營。<br> Abstract: CEMAD has demonstrated in the past years its excellence in research performance, leadership and elites` potentiality. Based on the current team of excellence, we plan to recruit talented young rising researchers and expand the team into an Advanced Research Base for Unconventional Matter Interactions (ARBUMI), which singles out the titled research proposals and forms an energetic, young, international and highly capable research task force. ARBUMI is endowed with four main missions. 1) To advance the understanding and harnessing of unexplored fundamental interactions at atomic and molecular level by unconventional approaches. ARBUMI will provide advanced knowledge to foresee imminent problems, to prospect future opportunities and to provide innovative solutions to key challenges in modern science and engineering. 2) To serve as a super engine to drive, on the one hand, the flow of knowledge from fundamental research to practical applications, and to incubate, on the other hand, novel research ideas that may deepen or revolutionize the understanding of fundamental interactions. 3) To boost domestic and international collaborations among interdisciplinary research groups. ARUBMI also aims at fostering young potential talented PIs, promoting the share of international experience and gluing together the established and rising young researchers. We will effectively distribute, share and coordinate research resources as well as allocate budgets in order to strengthen the collaboration, accomplish the missions and maximize the output to advance scientific research/applications for NTU and Taiwan.
