2018-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/672726摘要:一、醫療器材研發中心現況之自我分析及評估 (一) 中心成立的目的著重於醫療器材領域的國內外相關研究、產品研發及創新之整合,結合各大學、研究中心資源,統整校內研究、教學、服務與產業界的動能,積極進行跨界合作,培養相關專業人才,強化國家整體競爭力。故將立基於原有教學研究能量,致力核心技術提升、和業界密切合作以利及早掌握市場發展趨勢,更要與國際產業脈動接軌。 (二) 目前中心組織架構為一位主任、四位副主任,及二位專任研究助理,成員們每周進行小組會議,每個月進行一次中心業務會議,討論目前和未來工作事項、財務狀況,以及營運方向;此外,中心也會派員參與每三個月一次的校級研究中心業務交流座談會,以了解學校對於校級研究中心執行面向與計畫。 (三) 未來中心組織架構將規劃一個諮詢委員會和五個工作小組(行政組、產學合作組、研究發展組、創業經營組、臨床醫學組),逐步擴展營運方向。 二、醫療器材研發中心2017年執行成果 (一) 主要以創新醫療器材為主題,積極辦理產官學研醫界之交流活動 1.主辦「醫工學用合一論壇」:於3月28日(星期二)舉行,活動參加對 象為醫工領域專家學者、財/社團法人及政府研究機構,以及大專院校相關科系學生,會議討論主題為如何減少醫工領域的產學落差,參與人數共54人。 2.主辦「醫材研發之政府資源與計畫撰寫工作訪」,活動時間為7月11日,與會人士主要為醫療器材產業相關之中小企業,與大專院校相關科系學生,會議目的為幫助業者了解政府在醫材產業的資源配置,培養其撰寫計畫的能力,以利獲得補助。參與人數共66人。 3.延續去年成果,今年繼續開辦「創新醫材與法規特論二」的課程,時間為9月29日(星期五),於台大校總區電機二館1樓105會議室授課,邀請工研院生醫所生醫資電組組長王明哲博士,以及工研院生醫所法規事務室經理林佳妏博士擔任授課講師。參與人數總共64人。 4.承辦「第二屆環球創新醫學工程設計大賽」(EMEDIC GLOBAL 2017),日期為9月30日(星期六),於台北教師會館舉行,參賽團隊來自中國大陸、香港、新加坡、韓國、英國及台灣,共19隊入圍決賽,評審則來自日本、新加坡、香港、韓國及台灣,與會人數共144人。 5.為因應台灣面臨的高齡化社會挑戰,及響應政府的長照政策,人口老化加上少子化的趨勢,使得銀髮族照護服務成為產官學研界重要的核心議題,為此醫材中心於11月27日(星期一)假台大集思會議中心之洛克廳,辦理「高齡社會老人照護之服務與輔具開發」座談會,匯聚各界對老人照護服務議題的看法,參與人數共20人。 6.中心王副主任參加工業技術研究院舉辦的「醫用輔助科技暨機器人標準研究小組」的專家會議,針對醫用輔助科技標準和醫用機器人標準進行討論。 (二) 積極執行國家型計劃,主要以生醫製造之3D列印技術發展為主 1. 協助執行科技部「再生醫學科技發展」計畫。 2. 執行科技部的「產學技術聯盟合作計畫」。 三、醫療器材研發中心2018年預計規劃方向 (一) 籌辦國際運動醫療科技研討會暨科技部體育學門成果發表會 為了瞭解各國運動健康與醫療科技議題和相關產業的發展現況、困境     與未來趨勢,特地籌辦本次國際性會議,預計邀請數位國外權威學者     專家,就先進國家的運動產業發展與推廣、健康運動觀念的提倡與普     及度以及預防性醫療照護投入等議題,進行深入探討,活動預訂為期     三天,於9/28-9/30在台大電機二館及科技部大樓舉行。活動內容將安     排運動醫療器材法規課程、運動醫療科技相關之主題演講以及科技部     體育學門專題研究計畫的成果發表會。   (二) 籌辦2019第九屆世界華人生物醫學工程年會 世界華人生物醫學工程年會由「世界華人生物醫學工程學會」(World Association for Chinese Biomedical Engineers, WACBE)主辦,自2002年 開始,每兩年辦理一次,由臺灣、中國大陸、香港、新加坡四國輪流 擔任地主國,有鑒於華人科學家在世界生物醫學工程領域的突出表現  和特殊貢獻,聚集全球華人醫學工程菁英的世界華人生物醫學工程年會     乃是具有相當高學術水準和全球影響力的大型國際會議,在全球生物     醫學工程領域中被廣泛認可。 <br> Abstract: ⅠSelf-Analysis and Evaluation of Current Status of NTU Research and Development Center for Medical Devices(RDCMD) A. The goal of RDCMD RDCMD is established to focus on domestic and foreign related researches, the integration of product research and development and innovation in the field of medical devices. RDCMD will combine the resources of Taiwan universities and research centers and integrate industry and NTU’s research, teaching, service momentum to carry out cross-field cooperation, train relevant professionals and strengthen the competitiveness of Taiwan. Therefore, RDCMD will base on the original teaching research energy, and strive to improve the core technology and cooperate closely with the industry, so as to grasp the market development trend and integrate with the international industry. B. Organizational structure of RDCMD Currently, the center is organized as a director, four deputy directors and two full-time research assistants. Members of RDCMD conduct weekly group meetings and monthly business meeting to discuss current and future work matters, financial status, and operational direction. In addition, RDCMD will also send staff to participate in NTU’s research centers business communication symposium, to understand the planning and development of NTU for the research centers. C. Future organizational structure of RDCMD In the future, an advisory committee and five working groups will be planned, including the administration group, the industry-university cooperation group, the research development group, the entrepreneurial management group, and the clinical medicine group, and gradually expand the operational direction. Ⅱ Achievements of RDCMD in 2017 A. Communication activities on innovative medical devices a. Symposium on Learning and Application Integration for Medical Engineering 1. Date: March 28.2017 2. Participants: 54 people, including experts and scholars in the field of medical engineering, Government-funded research institutions, students of related departments in colleges and universities. 3. Theme: How to reduce the gap between university and industry in the field of medical engineering b. Workshop on Government Resources and Project Writing for Research and Development of Medical Devices 1. Date: July 11.2017 2. Participants: 66 people, including small enterprises in the medical devices industry, students of related departments in colleges and universities. 3. Theme: To help the participants understand the allocation status of government`s resource in the medical industry and to improve their abilities to write projects for the benefit of government subsidies. c. Course on Regulation on Medical Devices 1. Date: September 29.2017 2. Participants: 64 people 3. lecturers: Dr. Helen Lin, ITRI Dr. Ming-Zhe Wang, ITRI d. 2017 Engineering Medical Innovation Global Competition 1. Date: September 30.2017 2. Participants: 144 people.19 finalist teams are from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, UK and Taiwan. Final Competition Judges come from Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea and Taiwan. e. Forum On Elderly Care Services and The Development of Assistive Devices in The Aged Society 1. Date: November 27.2017 2. Participants: 20 people, including experts and scholars in the field of gerontology and assistive technology, small enterprises in the assistive devices industry. 3. Theme: To explore the needs and challenges of the elderly care service in the future, and how to cope with it. B. The implementation of the 3D printing technology development of the national research project. a. To assist in the implementation of the "regenerative medicine science and technology development" project of Ministry of Science and Technology. b. The Implementation of “Industry-Academy Cooperation Project” of Ministry of Science and Technology. Ⅲ Planning of RDCMD in 2018 A. To Hold International Conference on Sports and Medical Technology & Annual Symposium on Physical Education a.Expecting Date & Venue:28.9.2018-30.9.2018 in NTU and the building of Ministry of Science and Technology b. Expecting Participants:500 people, including experts and scholars in the field of Sports and Medical Technology, Government-funded research institutions, students of related departments in colleges and universities. c.Theme: In order to understand each country`s status and future trend of sports health and medical technology issues and the development of related industries, we will invite foreign experts and scholars to discuss the development and promotion of sports industry, promotion of sports concepts and preventive medical care issues. B. Organize 9th WACBE World Congress on Bioengineering a. Expecting Date & Venue:16.8.2019-19.8.2019 in GIS NTU Convention Center b. Expecting Participants:800 people, including experts and scholars in the field of biomedical engineering, Government-funded research institutions, students of related departments in colleges and universities. c. Instruction: The congress is organized by World Association for Chinese Biomedical Engineers(WACBE) biennially, and is hosted alternately by Taiwan, China, Hong Kong and Singapore. In light of Chinese scientists’ outstanding performance in the field of biomedical engineering, WACBE Congress which gathers global Chinese biomedical engineering elites, is a large international conference with fairly high academic standards and global influence and is widely recognized in the field of global biomedical engineering.醫療器材研發Medical DevicesResearch and Development跨領域教學研究設施全面改善【醫療器材研發中心運作計畫】
