2012-07-232024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/661483摘要:為有效了解、追蹤及管制翡翠水庫集水區內土地使用變異情形,維護水庫水質及安全,翡翠水庫管理局委託本校針對近10年間集水區內茶園及墓園分布與面積變異情形,進行衛星影像輔以航照比對判釋,以提供掌握水庫集水區土地使用變異情形之參考,並進而維護水庫水源安全。 於此計畫中將採以民國91年的SPOT衛星影像及101年福爾摩沙衛星二號影像,藉由標準化差異植生指數、影像光譜特徵及數值地形模型等資料,分別進行兩年度地表覆蓋判釋,區分出茶園、墓園、其他農作及建物等地表覆蓋類型,並比對各類地表覆蓋間的消長情況與分布。最後,再輔以98年度航空照片及抽樣現地查證,針對茶園及墓園兩類地表覆蓋進行正確性驗證。 藉由本計畫執行成果,可協助翡翠水庫管理局掌握集水區範圍內的土地開發狀況與時空變化,進行持續性的集水區水源地管理,以確保並維持大臺北地區居民生活用水的品質。 <br> Abstract: For effective understanding, tracking and control the land-use variations in maintenance and safety of the watersheds on Feitsui Reservoir. Feitsui Reservoir Administration authorize NTU using satellite imagery supported by aerial photo, analyze the change variation of the distribution and surface area in tea garden and the cemetery. To provide the reference of the reservoir watershed land use variations, and thus maintain the reservoir water security. This project will use 2002 SPOT satellite images and 2012 FORMOSAT-2 satellite images. By normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI), image spectral features and digital terrain model to analyze two annual image features, differentiate land-cover like tea garden, cemetery, other agricultural and buildings, and match the growth and distribution with each kind of land cover。Finally, using the year 2008 aerial photos and on-site verification to correctness verification for the tea garden and cemetery two types of land-use coverage。 The results of this project can help Feitsui Reservoir Administration to grasp the land development situation and the spatial and temporal variation of the watersheds area, sustainable watersheds management, to ensure and maintain the quality of household water in the greater Taipei area.翡翠水庫集水區土地使用變異標準化差異植生指數影像光譜特徵數值地形模型Feitsui Reservoir WatershedsLand Use VariationNormalized Difference Vegetation IndexImage Spectral FeaturesDigital Terrain Model101年度「翡翠水庫集水區範圍土地使用變異判釋工作」
