2008-06-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/678727摘要：結核菌為國內鹿隻一種重要的人畜共通傳染疾病,然而鹿場主人常因結核病檢測不易且過程中常造成鹿隻緊迫,導致死亡或鹿茸的生長不良,故檢測意願均不高。本研究針對此問題,擬研發一操作簡易且成本低,方便移動並且對鹿隻傷害小的保定設備,使國內鹿場的結核病檢疫能夠在安全及方便的保定方式下進行,以達到有效減少鹿隻於保定過程中造成的傷亡及損失,如此不但可以增加台灣鹿農飼養之鹿隻接受檢疫的意願.並有效提高國內鹿場鹿隻結核病防治的效益,以增進鹿隻的健康。<br> Abstract: Tuberculosis is an important zoonoses infectious disease in deer. However, deer farmer do not to willing their deer for TB test, because it possibly cause deer loses and pilose antler growing bad in handling. In order to make inspection and quarantine of tuberculosis process easier, we design a more secure, facile, inexpensive and easily movable deer handing facility for restraint. This deer handling facility can also increasing volition of deer farmers for TB test and to decrease deer losses with handling.
