2001-02-072024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/656130摘要:本計畫旨在研擬一水文資料庫的應用系統以提昇水文資訊的價值,本年度的主要工作係以水資源局提供的水文資料庫(含格式與資料)開發與設計水文分析電腦輔助系統,包括流量之一般統計分析、頻率分析、可能最大洪水推估、降雨逕流等分析及台灣地區等雨量線圖繪製與台灣地區平均雨量(分北、中、南、東與全台)計算,並將整合上一年度雨量分析系統與本年度計畫之流量分析工作項目,建立完整之水文分析電腦輔助系統,以協助水資源局進行流域水文分析工作。水文電腦化作業環境系統以主從式架構擷取水資源局資料庫管理系統資料,以供模式分析,增加水文資訊的流通性以爭取水文事件分析與應用的時效性,提供決策者有用之水文資訊。所建立之水文分析電腦輔助系統開發皆以具有親和性的圖形操作介面,進行各項功能操作,提供操作者易學易用之操作環境。<br> Abstract: The main purpose of this project is to develop a hydrological database application interface for promoting the values of hydroinformatics. The contents comprise three parts in this year. The first part is a basic analysis of streamflow which includes statistical analyses, frequency analyses, probable maximum flood (PMF); the second part is rainfall-runoff analyses by means of the linear reservoir model, the unit-hydrograph method and the artificial neural network (ANN); the third part is plotting the isohyetal and mean precipitation for different period of time and area in the Taiwan island. Then, all the analysis models are integrated into a system with same operating interface. Basically, the built hydroinformatics system is a client/server system through the technology of Visual Basic database connectivity to access hydrological database server in the Water Resources Bureau. With a graphic user interface, our built hydroinformatics system can be easily operated for all the designed functions.
